Ruifang District Office cares for the single-living elders
 
       Because of the Central Weather Bureau says that this week will be the iciest stretch of the cold spell, Ruifang District Office of New Taipei City gave 30 sets of blankets, coats and caring donations to the single-living elders, these donations were donated from enterprise. Ruifang District Office hoped that through their donating let the single-living elders feel warm of society and help them get through the winter.
