In 2019, it has come to the 13th New Taipei City International Drum Arts Festival; it is themed with the internationally renowned Xinzhuang Xiang Ren He drums and combined with drum arts from all over the world to demonstrate the classic drum arts of various countries. It brought traditional music and folk dance all over the world here through large performance, inheriting the traditions and incorporating the West and the East to create a new diverse style of the festival.
