To celebrate Halloween, New Taipei City Government held Halloween activities in Fuzhong Shopping Area on 10/27. Mayor Liluan Chu paraded with the costume team and gave away candies to kids along the road. He said that, he was glad to see so many children join this costume parade, some of the children’s dresses are scary and some are very cute, and thanks for everyone’s enthusiastic participation, it makes the Fuzhong Shopping Area’s Halloween activities be more exciting each year. Besides the costume parade, there was also an electronic music party at night, let the participants have fun in the weekends.
