How should disputes between foreign workers and their employers/agencies be resolved?
If disputes between foreign workers and their employers/agencies arise, either party may apply for dispute mediation from the Bureau of Labor Affairs via phone, application in person, mail or fax. The bureau’s toll-free number, 0800-800-885, is also available for those with relevant queries.
