[New Taipei City News] The "2024 New Taipei City Investment Conference and International Trade Fair" will be held on September 24-25, 2024, at the Hilton Taipei Sinban Hotel (No. 88, Minquan Road, Banqiao District). This year's event will feature three major themes: "Technology Trends Forum," "Procurement Matchmaking Meetings," and "Land Matching Meetings." The event aims to assist businesses in acquiring market information, integrating public and private industry spaces to boost industrial momentum, and strengthening the willingness of domestic and international companies to invest in New Taipei City.

Economic Development Department Commissioner Yi-Ming Ho stated that this year's conference will focus on the practical application and development of AI industries, aligning with related topics such as the esports industry, electric vehicles, and green energy. The event will feature keynote speeches from prominent domestic and international companies and experts, including General Manager of Microsoft Taiwan’s Global Partner Solutions, Co-Founder and Dean of the Digital Transformation Academy, General Manager of SHINFOX ENERGY CO., Ltd., and General Manager of Bcom Electronics Inc. These industry leaders will share the latest industry trends to help businesses keep fingers on the pulse of economic developments. The event will also include product displays and the latest industry applications from key New Taipei City industries such as electric vehicles and esports, with participation from companies like ADATA, Bcom Electronics, Acer, and YULON MOTOR.

The Economic Development Department added that over ten investment matchmaking booths will be set up on the day of the event, including investment promotion projects from the New Taipei City Government, public land from Taiwan International Ports Corporation,Ltd.,the New Taipei City Industrial Zone Vertical Development Program, and factory office buildings constructed by companies which is counseled by the "One-Stop Service for Investment Promotion".
