International Multiple Service Counter
In order to serve the new residents and their families in New Taipei City, the Education Bureau has set up a joint service center at the West side of the first floor of the city government since 2008. Five service personnel can speak Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Thai, Burmese, Filipino, English a total of 7 languages in a single window at full-service for new residents.
The counter provides four major services, including consultation、resource links、service referral、interpretation services.
